True Bright Blossom

This limited cassette came out last year around this time on hearted hand cassettes.  This is the first solo work Nathan Shineywater worked on after Brightblack Morning Light broke up last year.  Now under the name Berry Shadows, Mr. Shineywater will soon be putting out a 7 inch single through Mistletone records and Hearted Hand.

New Record, Ex Patris, by Jozef Van Wissem, in now out on Important Records.  With echoes of Fahey, James Blackshaw, and Cam deas, Wissem brings something beautiful and new to this “acoustic” genre of music.  Only 500 copies pressed, with the first 100 being on red vinyl – so go sneak a couple benjamins out of mom’s purse and pick one of these records up at Important Records.
